We are seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Benchmark Electronics. This role will be responsible for preparing products for systems level assembly, including unpacking, setup, and final packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accesses necessary paperwork and drawings for each job assignment
  • Verifies kits and enters batch lot information, packages, and labels accessory items according to documented instructions
  • Uses appropriate mats and tooling
  • Checks equipment to ensure proper performance
  • Mentors and assists lesser-qualified operators

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in basic SI assembly. They should demonstrate good component recognition skills, understanding of basic computer skills, and effective interpersonal skills.

Benchmark Electronics is an equal opportunity employer. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
