Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with respiratory failure, STEMI/post-cath, post-cardiac arrest, and multi-system organ failure.
- Manage and interpret dysrhythmias, and provide care for patients with cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Administer medications and provide physiological support through pharmacological intervention.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Critical Care setting.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
