About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Fiber Installation Technician to join our team. As a Fiber Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our fiber infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain fiber optic cables.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as trenchers, cable plows, and directional drills.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient installation.
  • Document and report progress and issues.
  • Participate in repairs and maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Valid Iowa CDL Drivers License required.
  • Experience with hand tools and construction equipment preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearBenefits:
