About the JobThis is a contract position with a duration of 13 weeks, working 40 hours per week. The shift is 8 hours, days, and the employment type is travel.
Responsibilities- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting.
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a SNF/LTC setting.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
