DMI Companies, a leading manufacturer of HVAC accessories, is seeking a skilled Fabrication and Welding Specialist to join its team at the Monongahela, PA facility.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing various fabrication and welding tasks to support the company's production needs.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate and assemble components using mig, tig, and stick welding techniques
- Troubleshoot equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of mechanical principles and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication and welding; prior experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience
- Steady 4x10 shift with weekends off
