About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our research team at The University of Texas at Austin. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for supporting research projects within the department led by faculty, fellows, and residents. Your primary duties will include study design and development, database development and support, data collection and management, data analysis, and publication and presentation development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and science, with experience in working with large datasets and developing methodologies and databases for collecting data using REDCap, Qualtrics, and other data collection platforms. You should also be proficient in a range of statistical techniques and procedures, including R and SAS. Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
