Job Title: Registered Nurse - RN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lebanon Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for administering medications, performing treatments, and delegating patient care responsibilities to staff members.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff members and supervise their work to ensure high-quality care.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
