Job Description

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Jimmy John's, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of food quality and service, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain cleanliness.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
