Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach one or more agile teams using SAFE methodology

  • Ensure that the team adheres to the scrum framework, values, and principles
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts that hinder the team's progress
  • Track and communicate the team's performance, progress, and issues using appropriate metrics and tools
  • Collaborate with the product owner, stakeholders, and other scrum masters to align the team's goals and priorities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, feedback, and innovation within the team and the organization
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team as needed

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical degree
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
  • 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or agile project manager in the Life Sciences industry
  • Knowledge of system development life-cycle methodologies and validated systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
