Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions through account opening and account maintenance of both personal and business accounts.
  • Assist the branch with achieving goals, actively participate in the sales program, attend appropriate sales training, utilize sales program initiatives, and work with the manager to set sales goals and make every effort to reach targeted goals.
  • Make referrals to other business units for traditional and non-traditional banking products and services.
  • Achieve required levels of outbound phone calls to customers to help grow and retain relationships.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Possess good judgment and strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, research, and solve problems, attention to detail, and handle confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal relations with the ability to work with customers and employees in a cooperative manner using excellent verbal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Provide legendary service that exceeds expectations at every opportunity.
  • PC and typing skills required.
