Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to patients struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions and leading discussions on topics such as addiction, recovery, and personal growth.
  • Monitoring patient behavior and responding to any emerging issues or concerns.
  • Collaborating with the treatment team to develop individualized plans for each patient.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in behavioral science preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • CPR certification (training provided on-site).
  • Able to stand continuously for approximately one mile per eight-hour shift.
