Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Acute Rehab Unit team. As a CNA or LNA, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide basic patient care activities, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, and dressing patients. This is a 10-bed unit, and we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic patient care activities, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, and dressing patients.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the RN or other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in patient education and support, promoting independence and self-care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
  • Active Arizona CNA or LNA License required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • AHA BLS certification required. If other than AHA, you will have 30 days from hire date to obtain AHA BLS.
