As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for responding to roadside emergencies within a designated area, providing emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovering abandoned vehicles. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated area, providing assistance to stranded motorists
• Professionally and accurately assist clients by performing minor repairs or recovering vehicles and bringing them to a designated location
• Maintain the tow truck and all equipment to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain excellent records of calls responded to, including documentation and invoicing
• Present invoices to clients in the field and accept payment as needed

Requirements

• Must hold the proper license to operate a tow truck in the state
• Has a clean driving record and can exhibit safe driving skills
• Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
