Hunting Outfitter

Job Summary:

The Hunting Outfitter provides exceptional customer service and sales support for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms at Bass Pro Shops. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a strong commitment to world-class customer service, and promoting programs to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Provides information, assistance, and direction to customers, making product recommendations based on their needs.
• Organizes and maintains merchandise within the retail store for sales at the Gun Counter non-Firearms.
• Replenishes product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales, maintains pricing, and signs.
• Assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Keeps work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
