Job Summary

The Overnight Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
  • Notify management of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • 1 year of similar work experience
