Job Summary:

As a Recovery Clerk at BJ's Wholesale Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, replenishing and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Replenish and stock merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is maintained.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including removing empty cardboard and disposing of trash.
  • Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.

Work Environment:

This position requires frequent movement, bending, climbing, and lifting, as well as exposure to company authorized cleaning agents. Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is starting from $14.00. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
