Matterport 3D Photographer

We are seeking a skilled Matterport 3D Photographer to join our team at UDR, Inc. in the Nashville, TN area. As a Matterport 3D Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality 3D virtual walkthroughs of apartments within our region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and capture 3D virtual walkthroughs with a Matterport camera for identified UDR apartments.
• Manage and upload virtual walkthroughs to the cloud via a Wi-Fi connection.
• Develop and manage a strategic travel schedule to effectively capture images for available apartment homes.
• Assess and stage apartment homes to meet and exceed UDR's standards for appeal to prospective residents.
• Prioritize schedule and workload to ensure deliverables are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in creative 3D online digital marketing and photography.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting or project managing marketing team projects.
• Knowledge of or experience with Matterport camera, app, and Onesite is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel is a strong preference.
