This position entails constructing fixtures and organizing merchandise, ensuring that freight is efficiently managed on the sales floor, and that all areas align with the new store design plans while adhering to deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute store layout designs by optimizing the available space.
  • Ensure timely placement of freight on the sales floor for effective merchandising and presentation.
  • Adhere to daily and weekly schedules for fixture assembly, unloading shipments, tagging, and merchandising.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
  • Uphold a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work in tandem with fellow Associates to ensure tasks are completed promptly and within set deadlines.
  • Implement the company's merchandising standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with your supervisor regarding task progress and any outstanding concerns.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in retail design or space management is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in management is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of retail experience in a supervisory capacity within a mid-sized to large retail service-oriented environment, or demonstrated skills through an internal development program.
  • Capability to operate all necessary equipment for the role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
  • Frequent use of ladders and stairs may be required.
  • Regular standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and safety.
  • Travel to new store locations, including overnight stays, is required.
  • Frequent lifting of items up to 70 lbs.
