Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Crowd Control and Safety: Maintain order and direct traffic to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Enforcement of Policies: Check identification and enforce policies as outlined in defined procedures, including age- and alcohol-related policies.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies, assist guests as necessary, and help coordinate evacuation procedures.
  • Medical Assistance: Assist patrons and employees needing medical attention while awaiting arrival of emergency medical personnel.
  • Security Audits and Inspections: Conduct safety and security audits and inspections, reporting safety hazards and defective equipment.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare incident, accident, and other reports as required.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new security officers and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the property.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Background in law enforcement or security with entertainment/hospitality venue and crowd control experience preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Tennessee Specific: Dallas Law Certification and Unarmed Security License required upon hire. Must obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire and complete Crowd Management training upon hire.
