Job Opportunity

The Production Associate - Breadline position is a key role within our Breadline team. As a Production Associate - Breadline, you will be responsible for operating production stations to fulfill production requirements. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace to meet key performance indicators safely and accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Operate Mixing Stations in the baking area (ABC and Panko).
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
  • Communicate any issues or changes in production or quality to supervisors or lead personnel.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for line equipment and complete cleaning as needed.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in all production areas.
  • Complete batch processing documentation and cleaning records accurately.
  • Operate packaging stations and stack finished products on the Breadline.
  • Perform cleaning of production equipment as required.
  • Operate forklifts to move, pull, load, and unload materials.
  • Run washroom equipment and use necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production area.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement process.
  • Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Requirements
  • Ability to consistently lift bags up to 55 lbs without restrictions or limitations, using proper safety methods.
  • Must be hard working and able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Must be punctual and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work individually and with a team.
  • Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, stooping, and climbing.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in basic mathematics.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Must be able to work in a facility that handles allergens, including but not limited to; wheat, soy, egg, milk, and tree nut.
