Job Summary:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary function testing.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with respiratory conditions.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, including aerosolized medications and bronchodilators.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • State License-Respiratory Therapist-Pennsylvania
  • NBRC-CRT (Cert Respiratory Therapist) certification
  • Ability to lift 50-100lbs
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $19.00-$22.00/hour
  • Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
  • 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
