Key Account Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Coordinator - Executive Assistant to join our team at Quest Group Executive Search & Staffing Solutions. This is a full-time position requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.
About the RoleThe Key Account Coordinator will work closely with senior management to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects, providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Pull purchase orders and verify their accuracy before scheduling jobs
- Schedule tasks and manage timelines to meet deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and written communication
- Maintain administrative reporting and resolve builder issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Construction industry experience or similar field highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
