Job Description:

The Title Closing Advisor will be responsible for securing title insurance orders from various customers, managing title sales activities, and collaborating with assigned partners to build relationships and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the sales process, strong relationship building skills, and basic knowledge of title insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure title insurance orders from customers.
  • Manage title sales activities, including monitoring the order pipeline from entry to closing.
  • Collaborate with assigned partners, participate in huddle calls, office meetings, and events to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations at sales office meetings and to new customers.
  • Partner with the Operations Team to build trusted partnerships and achieve targeted sales goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Title Insurance License required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Minimum one year of sales experience required.
  • Previous experience in the title or residential real estate industry strongly preferred.
  • Book of business strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
