Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lodge and conference center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Assist with project work, including repairs and renovations.
  • Test and maintain our pools and other recreational facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests and visitors.
  • Maintain the grounds and exterior of our lodge and conference center.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to lift over 40lbs repeatedly.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of power tools, lawn equipment, and painting.
