Cardiac Sonographer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Gables Search Group. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing cardiac ultrasound diagnostic procedures with minimal supervision from the Imaging Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cardiac ultrasound diagnostic procedures as ordered by a staff physician
  • Work with minimal supervision from the Imaging Management team
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Medical-Cardiac Ultrasound or equivalent training
  • National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year experience as a hospital-based radiologic technologist
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a hospital-based radiologic technologist for at least a year
