About the Role

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Justice Officer. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients of the Department, as well as providing administrative support to regional locations and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality front-of-house administrative services, including consumer affairs and births, deaths, and marriages enquiries and applications.
  • Assist clients, internal and external stakeholders, and the public with information and inquiries, including the collation, review, and processing of applications.
  • Provide reception and telephone responses for the location.
About You

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documents and provide tailored information to a range of groups. You will also have strong computer skills, with the ability to effectively use departmental computer systems.
