Job Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled individuals for 1st shift roles operating CNC Mills and Lathes. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and educational background. The shift runs from 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan daily machining tasks by reviewing blueprints, engineering documents, and material specifications.
- Execute multiple setups each day, as our components are tailored to specific requirements.
- Assess information and devise optimal solutions to technical challenges.
- Program CNC mills and lathes by inputting necessary instructions, including zero and reference points.
- Interpret and modify G-Code as needed.
- Uphold specifications by monitoring drilling, grooving, and cutting processes, including turning, facing, knurling, and threading operations.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Perform equipment maintenance through regular preventive checks.
- Ensure seamless communication between shifts by documenting and sharing actions in our internal electronic system.
- Collaborate with engineers, production staff, or others to troubleshoot machining or assembly issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in operating and programming CNC mills or lathes.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience operating CNC mills and lathes in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand and walk.
- Frequently required to use hands for handling, reaching, and communication.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical components.
- Moderate noise levels are present in the work area.
