Job Summary

Relient Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for advancement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Screening and Evaluations: Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations of patients to identify their occupational therapy needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
  • Documentation and Progress Tracking: Accurately document patient progress and maintain up-to-date records to ensure continuity of care.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Program Development: Design and implement new programs and techniques to enhance occupational therapy services and improve patient outcomes.
  • Patient Education: Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care.
  • Quality Care: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensure: State licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Work History: Stable work history with a strong commitment to patient care.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Experience: Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
