Job Title: Registered Nurse - RN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lebanon Center in Lebanon, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR certification required
  • One to three years of experience as a RN in a related setting preferred
