Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. This includes preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, and monitoring patients during and after procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures, including administering medications and preparing equipment
  • Monitor patients during and after procedures, including vital signs and cardiac rhythms
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education to patients and families on cardiac catheterization procedures and post-procedure care
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Mexico
  • 2+ years of experience in a cardiac cath lab or similar setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
