Key Duties:

  • Warehouse Management: Direct and oversee daily warehouse functions, including order processing, packaging, shipping, and inventory oversight.

  • Process Optimization: Create and execute streamlined warehouse procedures, focusing on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure precise record-keeping of inventory through diligent data management, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics activities, liaising with suppliers and transport services to guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Safety Standards: Uphold compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, while supervising the upkeep of warehouse equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse supervision or management, with a solid foundation in logistics and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, capable of building and guiding an effective team.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and relevant databases.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; an Associate's degree is advantageous.
