About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Architect to join our Core Team at Focus AI. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of workforce intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to design and implement solutions that accelerate our product's growth.
  • Product Development: Leverage your coding and engineering skills to build new features, optimize existing systems, and push the boundaries of innovation in AI-driven insights.
  • High-Performing Execution: Champion Focus AI's values as you contribute to high-quality product development and technical execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven Engineering Skills: 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Python, relational and NoSQL databases, AWS services, RESTful APIs, strong debugging skills across the stack, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and containerization.
