Essential Functions:

  • Professionally handle phone inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service to healthcare providers.
  • Accurately receive prescriptions and input them into pharmacy software.
  • Fill prescriptions with precision and prepare them for distribution.
  • Complete necessary documentation such as labels, log sheets, and reports promptly.
  • Assist courier services and physicians during medication pickups.
  • Process orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain inventory and stock shipping supplies.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Pharmacy Technician Trainee License; PTCB certification preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Must be adaptable, friendly, engaging, and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Comfortable working on a computer.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or call center roles is highly preferred.
