Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Managing Director of Accounting Systems and Transformation to lead our automation efforts and improve analytic capabilities in the accounting function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the vision, implementation, and enhancement of Accounting and Finance systems and processes
  • Collaborate across teams to research and recommend software solutions that drive accurate accounting and financial reporting
  • Drive best practices and transformative projects to elevate the organization's accounting and financial systems infrastructure
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Accounting and Finance systems in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Partner with various lines-of-defense and compliance teams to ensure adherence with regulatory requirements and to internal controls related to financial systems and data management
  • Manage cross-functional projects to enhance system capabilities, streamline workflows, and improve the accuracy and accessibility of data
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and improvements by remaining current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes
  • Identify opportunities to utilize technology and tools to enable process efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Accounting and Finance software applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong motivational and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong IT background (Windows, UNIX, SQL server/ Oracle database, etc.)
What We Offer

The estimated salary range for this position is $205,000 USD to $230,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
