Job Description

**Speech Language Pathologist Opening**

We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic school in Ohio.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support students' progress
  • Evaluate students' communication skills and develop strategies to improve their abilities
  • Collaborate with special education staff to ensure effective communication and support for students
  • Manage a caseload of students in grades K-12

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
  • Previous experience with IEPs and assessments is highly desirable
  • CFYs are encouraged to apply

Education and Licensure:

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
