Biostatistics Director

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) operating over 25 state-of-the-art laboratories across the US, Canada, and China. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Biostatistics to join our team.

• Manage statisticians and statistical programmers in the implementation and execution of methodological and statistical aspects of clinical studies.
• Collaborate with study teams internally and with clients to manage study timelines and ensure the quality of the statistical analysis output.
• Supervise statistical programmers and biostatisticians.
• Develop, revise, and/or review SOPs relating to biostatistical services.

• MS or PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics.
• Excellent management, communication, and writing skills.
• Good programming skills in SAS, S-plus, or other statistical software.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt quickly to client scope changes.
• Knowledge of concepts and methodologies of QA and relevant regulatory requirements.

• 7+ years (for MS) or 5+ years (for PhD) of statistics and statistics management experience in clinical trials in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environments.
