EWP Drafter Specialist

We are looking for an experienced EWP Drafter/Truss Design professional to join our team at Boise Cascade Company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and drafting EWP and/or Truss Design projects for internal and external customers. If you have a strong background in CAD systems, blueprint reading, and drafting, we encourage you to apply.

You will perform design and drafting services for EWP and/or Truss Design projects, prepare working drawings, sketches, and graphs from customer requests, prioritize and coordinate work to meet expedited deadlines, maintain accurate records and code drafting files, schedule truss and EWP order delivery, and provide technical consulting and engineering services to BMD distribution center customers.

• College Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Working knowledge of CAD systems, blueprint reading, and drafting
• Strong math skills and effective communication skills

• $75,000 - $90,000 annual salary, depending on experience
