ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Rehabilitation Specialist will collaborate with various healthcare providers to elevate the standards of care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Physical Therapy services in accordance with facility guidelines.
  • Conducting patient screenings to assess the need for intervention.
  • Evaluating patients to gather essential data for treatment planning.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals.
  • Coordinating treatment with patients, families, and team members.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary.
  • Documenting patient assessments and treatment outcomes.
  • Providing education and training to patients and their families.
  • Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and students as needed.
  • Participating in ongoing education and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists.
  • At least one year of verified professional experience.
  • Current state licensure.
