Agricultural Lending Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Lender to join our team at a community bank. This role offers the flexibility and excellent culture that our relationship-driven bank provides.

• Collaborate with the loan staff and management team to build and maintain agricultural relationships.
• Solicit, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of loans in compliance with the bank's lending policies and procedures.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and network within the community.
• Provide leadership for the branch and contribute to the bank's growth.

• 3 Years of Ag Lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related fields.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and possess leadership/management experience.
