Endoscopy Nurse Opportunity at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking an experienced Full-Time Endoscopy Nurse to join its dynamic team. As a key member of our endoscopy lab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our comprehensive range of procedures.

Schedule:

  • Full-time position with 30 hours per week, including 3 x 10-hour shifts
  • Shifts vary, including weekdays from 7am to 5:30pm, 7:15am to 5:45pm, and 8am to 6:30pm
  • Weeknight, weekend, and holiday on-call required

About the Role:

As an Endoscopy Nurse at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art endoscopy lab with 6 endo suites, performing a wide range of procedures, including EGD, colonoscopy, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, endo bariatric procedures, and endoscopic ultrasound procedures.

Requirements:

  • RN with at least 2 years of GI/Endoscopy, Pre-Op, Intra-Op, or Post-Op experience
  • Minimum 1 year OR, Endo, PACU, or critical care (ICU/ED) nursing experience
  • BSN from an accredited school of nursing
  • RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN
  • BLS Healthcare Provider Certification issued by the AHA
