Job Summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner, ensuring that all products are delivered in good condition.
  • Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Unload products from the vehicle and place them in the customer's storage area.
  • Perform manual heavy lifting of products up to 80 pounds, as needed.
  • Verify delivery of products with customers and collect payment, as necessary.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements, if required.
  • No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, and no driver's license suspensions in the past three years.
  • Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry, required.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
