Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Technician to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Dust and polish furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds.
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms.
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
