Assembly Technician Specialist

Parker Hannifin Corporation is a global leader in motion and control technologies. We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at our METAMORA, OH location.

**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly of filters using various fixtures and techniques, adhering to Parker's quality standards. This role requires strong manufacturing or related experience, knowledge of diagrams, and high school diploma or equivalent. The Assembly Technician will work closely with supervisors to ensure the efficient production process and maintain a clean, climate-controlled workspace.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assemble housing units for filter components following standard work practices and quality assurance procedures.
* Prepare products for shipping by packing and labeling according to customers' requirements.
* Utilize power and hand tools to tighten, lubricate, torque, and fixate components of housing units.
* Maintain accurate product count matching customers' needs and prepare necessary paperwork and reports.
* Work area must be clean and clear at all times, and capable of performing lifting requirements in all areas of assembly.

**Requirements:**
* Manufacturing or related experience preferred.* Knowledge of diagrams to ensure proper specifications are being met.* High school diploma or equivalence.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.* Ability to stand for an extended period of time.* Ability to work overtime as needed including Saturdays.

We offer a competitive salary range based on experience: $44,000-$51,000 per year, plus benefits package described above.
