Blood Cancer Specialist

Geisinger, a leading healthcare system in northeast Pennsylvania, is seeking a Board Certified Hematologist to join its expanding cancer program. As a Blood Cancer Specialist, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of various blood cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced radiation oncologists, physicists, nurses, therapists, and administrative staff. Geisinger's comprehensive cancer program offers a wide range of services, including clinical trials, genetic testing, and cutting-edge treatments.

Our providers collaborate with fellows and residents to train the next generation of hematologists and oncologists while also engaging with Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine's innovative education program. The health system has been awarded NCI-NCORP designation, ensuring access to cutting-edge cancer research and clinical trials.

Patient participation in the MyCode Community Health Initiative enables us to leverage genomic data for research and real-time clinical applications. Providers interested in clinical or informatics research collaborate within Geisinger and across organizations to benefit our patients and the scientific community.
