Wood Machinist

Job OverviewWest Pattern Works Inc. is seeking a skilled Wood Machinist to join our team in a Central NJ CNC Machine/Wood shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and be proficient in operating CNC machines. Responsibilities include receiving materials, operating CNCs, and assisting with programming and setup. The successful candidate will be able to lift at least 60 Lbs and be on their feet for most of the day. Normal working hours are from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available as needed. Benefits are available after a 90-day trial period for full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• General helper in wood or metal shop
  
• Receiving materials and putting away stock
  
• Operating CNCs
  
• Assisting with programming and setup of CNC machinery
  
• Lifting at least 60 Lbs and being on feet for most of the day
  

Working Conditions
Normal working hours are from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime is available as needed, including some Saturdays.

Benefits
