Senior Psychologist

Senior Care Therapy, a clinician-owned and operated behavioral health company, is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a mental health professional, you will provide high-quality in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population in over 300 sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.

• $100,000 - $155,000 annually, including base pay and bonus potential

As a Clinical Psychologist at Senior Care Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the treatment team and interdisciplinary team as needed
• Providing individual and group sessions to patients
• Helping patients navigate challenges related to aging and achieve their goals
• Conducting initial assessments and follow-up sessions during standard hours of care
• Completing documentation within appropriate guidelines using our electronic medical/health system

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Ph.D., Psy.D., or EdD in Clinical Psychology
• Experience working with the geriatric population is a plus
• History of treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders
• Previous clinical experience in Skilled Nursing, Hospital, Hospice, or Home Care setting is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency
