We are seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team at AHN Healthcare@Home. As a member of our care team, you will lead and collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and management of patient care plans.

This position supports patients in New Castle and surrounding areas and offers a competitive compensation package, including a $15,000 first year success bonus.

We are Looking for:

  • RN license in the state you work.
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
