Senior Medical Oncologist for a Thriving Practice in Washington State

We are seeking an exceptional BE/BC Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our esteemed practice in Southern Washington. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About Our Practice:
- We are a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to our patients.
- Our practice plan includes 6 Oncologists and 6 APPs on the Medical Oncology side, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
- We currently have 5 Oncologists and 5 APPs, and we are recruiting additional team members to further enhance our services.
About the Role:
- This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $400,000 - $600,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with various types of cancer, including hematological malignancies and solid tumors.
- They will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, as well as provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- A strong educational background and certification in Hematology/Oncology are essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- They should be proficient in clinical decision-making, with a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and research.
