Position Summary

We are looking for a committed Wound Care Nurse to become part of Mobile Rapid Recovery on a full-time basis, working remotely. In this role, you will be essential in providing expert wound care treatments within the comfort of patients' homes or healthcare environments. Your duties will encompass wound evaluation, the formulation of personalized care plans, the administration of specialized treatments, and collaboration with patients and their healthcare teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Wound Care and Nursing
  • Knowledge of Ostomy Care and Management
  • Thorough understanding of medical practices and wound healing processes
  • Outstanding assessment and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a remote capacity
  • Detail-oriented approach with strict adherence to established protocols
  • Wound Care certification or relevant qualifications are preferred
