Administrative Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a part-time administrative support associate. This role will provide exceptional customer service, operate multi-line phones, and assist with various administrative tasks.
About the Role:- Provide top-notch customer service by greeting visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Efficiently route calls to the appropriate party using multi-line phone systems.
- Support scheduling staff to meet resident needs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily and monthly staffing schedules.
- Secure shift coverage for open positions, vacation requests, call-offs, and vacancies.
- Manage resident trust fund accounts with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with document scanning, AP tasks, and scheduling care conferences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience as a receptionist in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000-$45,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
